Extremely low temperatures in Bulgaria. Cash dispensers in Bulgarian town of Pernik were out of order because of the cold weather yesterday. At noon temperatures in town stood at - 10-12 degree Celsius. Miroslav Michev, executive director of DSK Bank explained cash machines automatically switched off at low temperatures to avoid failures.
